ISSE 2024 Accommodation

Delegates can book a registration package including pre-defined accommodation or book their accommodation separately.

Accommodation packages

Each package includes 4 nights (15-19 May 2024) at Residence Emmy Hotel and breakfast.

Available options:
▪ Package B – Single Room – one king-sized bed
▪ Package C – Double Room (sharing) – two separate single beds. You will be able to make a roommate request during registration. Without request, a random roommate will be assigned to you.
▪ Package D – Double Room (private) – one king-sized bed.

Separate booking

You can book any number of nights at Residence Emmy Hotel between 15 May and 19 May 2024.

Room rates:
▪ Single: 100 EUR/per night (including 12% VAT and breakfast)
▪ Double: 120 EUR/per night (including 12% VAT and breakfast)

Kindly note, that the number of rooms is limited. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
