The registration is OPEN!
Each participant will receive a registration number by email after submitting the registration.
The preferred method of payment is by bank transfer.
Registration number and participant’s name must be indicated in the payment details.
Please note, that the registration becomes valid after receiving the conference fee by the bank transfer.

NOTES:
1) Students are people not holding a PhD and under age of 32.
2) The fee is per person (for one person). Accompanying person’s fee is indicated above and it is separate (not included in the fee of the person being accompanied).
3) In case you would share a room, in the Registration Form please indicate the person with whom you wish to share the room.
4) All the above fees include the local VAT.
5) Date of registration is accounted for determining Earlybird or Normal Fee, not the date of invoice or the date of payment.
6) Unpaid or partially paid registration will not be considered valid until fully paid.
7) All registration dates are compliant to Eastern European Time (EET).
8) Bus shuttle for transfer from Sofia Airport “Vasil Levski” to Hotel Imperial Plovdiv and return to Sofia Airport “Vasil Levski” is available. It costs extra 60 EUR. Please indicate in the payment that you are paying fee + bus shuttle.
Payment
All fees are to be paid in Euros (EUR).
Registration fees are collected by TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY – SOFIA – TECHNOLOGIES LTD.
To ensure your registration is valid, please ensure that any payment made by transfer is free of all bank fees and transfer charges.
Please also ensure that the registered participant’s name and registration number are clearly stated on the bank transfer.
Payments received without such details (Name, Registration Number) cannot be easily identified and may not be valid.
