Below, you’ll discover essential details in practical information regarding your participation in 47th edition of the International Spring Seminar on Electronics Technology, to be held in Prague, Czech Republic on 15 – 19 May 2024. Please read the following points carefully.

Registration
The Registration desk is located at the entrance of the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Czech Academy of Sciences.
Please follow the signage on the way to the building.
All delegates have to pick up their badges and additional seminar materials when they first arrive at the venue.

Delegates who have not yet settled the registration fee in full will be asked to pay the amount due.
Payments can be made only in the online portal by card. Payments in cash will not be accepted.
Please note that badges need to be always worn at the venue and related social events during the Seminar.
Certificate of Attendance
All registered delegates present on-site are entitled to receive a Certificate of Attendance.
The certificate can be downloaded from the Online Portal after the Seminar.
Lunches and Coffee
Lunches and coffee breaks are provided during the Seminar days to all registered delegates and visitors.
Evaluation Form
The Seminar Evaluation Form (Survey) will be available online on the Seminar website after the event and it will also be sent to delegates by email.
Social Programme
All social programme is included in the registration fee.
You can find the social programme here.
All participants are asked to wear their badges during the social programme, as it will serve as a ticket.

The most up-to-date interactive programme is available on the ISSE 2024 website.
Oral Presentations
Your presentation needs to be handed over to the technician in the Milan Hasek Auditorium on a USB flash disk.
The IT personnel will upload your presentation and you will be able to check that the presentation is operating correctly.
Please note that it is not possible to present from your laptop in the lecture room.
Abstract Book
The abstract book (with ISBN) will be given to all registered delegates in a printed version.
Posters
All presenting authors should bring their printed posters to the venue.

- PORTRAIT ORIENTATION
Poster mounting: 16 May 2024 from 08:00
Poster dismantling: 18 May 2024 until 19:00
Each poster board will have a specific number (formatted as TOPIC and Paper ID – ex. A00).
Please make sure to mount your poster on the poster board with the number corresponding to the number assigned to your poster.
Suitable fixing material will be available at the Registration desk.
Please remove your poster no later than 18 May 2024, 19:00.
The organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage to posters that are not removed by the specified time.
Posters left behind after this time will be disposed of.
Accommodation
Delegates who booked accommodation in a package or separately at Residence Emmy Hotel can check in at 15:00 on the first day of their stay. Any questions regarding accommodation please direct to accommodation.isse24@c-in.eu.
Payment by bank transfer is available until 11 April 2024. After this date, all payments can only be made by credit/debit card.
Exhibition
The exhibition is located in the Exhibition Hall.

Doctor / First Aid / Emergency
First aid is not available at the venue. In case of emergency, please refer to the registration desk and ask for assistance or call 112 directly.
Insurance and Liability
The Organisers will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained or for loss or damage to property belongings of Seminar participants during or because of the Seminar. Participants are strongly recommended to seek insurance coverage for health and accident, lost luggage, and trip cancellation.
